Add API Permission
Select your app → API permissions → Add a permission → Microsoft Graph
Select Permission Type
Choose Delegated permissions and search for TeamsAppInstallation.ManageSelectedForTeam
Grant Admin Consent
This delegated permission requires admin consent.
