Manage selected installed Teams apps in all chats

Allows the app to read, install, upgrade, and uninstall selected Teams apps in any chat, without a signed-in user. Does not give the ability to read application-specific settings.

Choose Application permissions and search for TeamsAppInstallation.ReadWriteSelectedForChat.All

Grant Admin Consent

Application permissions always require admin consent.
